Tak menunggu lama, bersama dengan Kirno (Benu Buloe) sahabatnya, Jupri mendapatkan penumpang yang sangat banyak. Rejeki mengalir deras di kantongnya. Penghasilan Jupri pun meningkat drastis sejak melakukan ritual di kuburan.

Di rumah, karena butuh penghasilan tambahan, kakaknya menerima tamu dari Jepang, Pauline (Pauleen). Wartawan seksi tersebut berencana membuat tulisan tentang transportasi di Indonesia. Kamar Jupri disewakan untuk tempatnya menginap, tanpa sepengetahuan Jupri. Saat pulang kerja seperti biasa Jupri masuk kamarnya. Tak lama kemudian masuklah Pauline. Saat melihat Pauline masuk, Jupri kemudian bersembunyi. Kemudian dia melihat Pauline sedang berganti baju di kamarnya. Yang sudah dewasa dan rindu melihat film Miyabi, tentu paham seperti apa scene yang akan ditawarkan. Kekonyolan-kekonyolan kas orang dewasa saat melihat wanita seksi dan cantik mewarnai adegan di film ini cukup lama. Bahkan porsi horor seakan jadi terlupakan. Naritsugu Matsudaira, who is the younger brother of the shogun Ieyoshi, is set to become the Roju next year. The Shogun clan becomes disturbed by the case and believes the country's stability & peace is threatened by Naritsugu Matsudaira. Lord Doi then decides to assassinate Naritsugu Matsudaira and orders samurai Shinzaemon Shimada (Koji Yakusho) to carry out the deed.

Shinzaemon Shimada gathers eleven men, including a butcher ronin named Kuzuro Hirayama (Tsuyoshi Ihara) & Shinzaemon Shimada's own nephew Shinrokuro Shimada (Takayuki Yamada), who is a gambler, alcoholic and womanizer. As their plan progresses, Naritsugu Matsudaira's head samurai Hanbei Onigashira (Masachika Ichimura) hears of the assassinaton plan. Years ago, Hanbei Onigashira & Shinzaemon Shimada were fellow pupils of the sword, but ideological differences led them to part ways. Now, a mental battle between Hanbei Onigashira & Shinzaemon Shimada begins.

Shinzaemon Shimada believes the only way to assassinate Naritsugu Matsudaira is to ambush him in the town of Ochlai, while he is returning home from Edo. The assassins are dispatched to Ochlai to fortify the town and lay traps. During this time the assasins pick up a 13th member, a mountain man named Koyata Saga (Yusuke Iseya).

Cerita bermula saat japra berkenalan dengan Srimpi (Dara The Virgin), seorang gadis cantik. Dan mereka pun saling jatuh cinta. Srimpi pun menjadi idola para lelaki Kampung Pasir. Hal ini tentu saja membuat berang para istri. Namun bukan Lela namanya bila tidak mencari akal. Dengan desakan Lela, ia berhasil membujuk Japra untuk segera menikahi Srimpi. Di saat pernikahan digelar, giliran para suami mempermalukan Japra dengan membuat Srimpi sadar betapa kecilnya alat kelamin Japra. Karena malu Japra pun memilih meninggalkan kampung dan Srimpi. They then find Fred and Daphne making out in the back of the van. Daphne reveals that they started dating after she fell out of the top of the barn from the mystery that caused them to get the summer jobs and he had caught her, making her realize that he was “the one.” Velma warns them that often when two people in a group start dating, any changes of that relationship affects the whole group, but the two don’t seem to care.
